# Manage Team Members

The ODUS Dashboard lets you create user accounts for your team members and assign each one a role that controls what they can do. This guide explains how to add, edit, and remove users in the Dashboard.

important

Only users with the **Admin** role can create, update, or delete other users.

Users are managed in the Dashboard only

Core API v2 has no user endpoints. If you manage users through the v1 API today, move that work to the Dashboard before v1 stops being served on 4 November 2026.

## Available roles

Every user must have exactly one role.

| Role | Value | What the user can do |
| ----------------- | -------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

| **Developer** | `developer` | Full access except user management (cannot create, edit, or delete users) |
| **Support Agent** | `supportAgent` | Read-only access to payments, customers, and subscriptions. Cannot access API keys, gateway profiles, webhooks, or user management |
